Our natural vapor rub helps relieve cough and congestion. Just rub on your back, chest or bottom of feet. You can also apply a little bit under your nose. Putting on socks after foot application is highly recommended. Children age 2 can use the baby vapor rub because the concentration of essential oils are less, however still consult your pediatrician.
